Whether you’re brand new to the industry or updating your portfolio, your headshot should speak before you do. My goal is to create imagery that resonates with casting directors, agents, filmmakers, and most importantly, with you. I use cinematic lighting, intentional composition, and authentic emotional connection to build images that feel true to who you are and where you’re headed. I don’t work with templates or generic setups. Every shoot is personal. I take time to understand who you are and how you want to be seen, guiding you with subtle coaching and creative direction to bring out something real. The result: grounded, raw, unforgettable portraits that reflect the artist you are becoming, not just the roles you’ve played.

In the competitive acting market in Salt Lake City and across Utah, a headshot can be technically perfect and beautifully lit, but if it lacks emotion or story, it won’t get you called in. A “pretty” photo with an empty expression can’t compete with an image that communicates a clear type and authentic presence. Casting directors are drawn to three things: connection, clarity, and authenticity.
